Every client starts the same way when working with us. We get on a discovery call with you, a demo showcase call, and then we get to work. No lengthy onboarding cycles. No generic templates. Your platform is built around your operation and delivered fast.

How a Pilot with us Works

Tier 1: Pilot Deployment (90 Days)

Most commands and program offices start here. We spend the first 90 days building your predictive system on real operational data, validating results with your team, and measuring mission impact before you commit to anything larger. We do not ask you to take our word for it. We show up, do the work, and let the results speak.

Month one: Discovery and setup. We learn how your operation works, map your existing data environment, and ingest the data your team already produces. We identify the highest-value risk signals for your specific mission context. No disruption to current workflows or existing systems. Your team keeps operating exactly as they do today.

Month two: Your system goes live. We begin surfacing early warnings and predictive signals that your team can validate against their own operational knowledge. We run calibration sessions with your personnel to make sure what the system surfaces is actually actionable. Predictions get sharper as the model learns your specific environment, your data patterns, and your mission priorities.

Month three: We measure everything. What changed. What was prevented? What would it have cost your program without the system in place? We build a full findings report and present it directly to your team and stakeholders. Then we sit down together and determine what the next phase looks like based on real data, not projections.

If SOL AI does not prove measurable mission value within 90 days, we walk away. No long-term obligation. No pressure. No invoice for a system that did not deliver.

Tier 2: Operational Deployment

Tier 2 is built for commands and contractors who have completed the pilot and are ready to move into full operational coverage across their program.

We expand the platform beyond its initial scope and integrate it across your broader operation. Our AI model continues to learn as your data grows, becoming more accurate over time and adapting to shifts in your operational environment. The system connects to additional data sources and internal tools your organization already uses, reducing friction and eliminating the need to build parallel workflows. New operational risk categories get added as your mission requirements evolve, and your compliance obligations change. Your platform grows with your program rather than becoming a static tool that nobody uses six months after deployment.

We also conduct regular operational reviews with your team to assess system performance, recalibrate models based on new data, and identify emerging risk areas before they surface. You are not handed a product and left alone. We stay embedded in your program and treat your operational outcomes as our responsibility, not just a deliverable we handed off at contract close.

Tier 3: Enterprise Partnership

Tier 3 is built for organizations ready to deploy SOL AI across their entire operation, covering multiple commands, departments, sites, and workflows under a single unified system.

You receive a dedicated engineer assigned directly to your account, available when issues arise with fast response times and a deep understanding of your specific deployment. The platform gets configured and rolled out across every relevant department and workflow, with settings and risk models tailored to each one rather than a one-size-fits-all setup that misses the nuance of how different units actually operate.

New risk categories are continuously developed as your organization scales, your mission set expands, and your threat environment evolves. We do not wait for you to tell us something is missing. We stay ahead of it. Our team monitors platform performance, flags gaps proactively, and pushes updates that keep your system operating at the edge of what the technology can do.

This is a long-term operational partnership, not a one-time deployment with a support ticket system attached to it. Our growth is synchronized with yours. When your program wins, expands, or takes on new mission requirements, we are already positioned to support it. We do not take these partnerships for granted, and we do not treat them like a recurring subscription. We treat them like a program we are both accountable to.

How Pricing Works

We do not publish fixed pricing because we do not sell fixed products. Every deployment is scoped to your program, your data environment, and your operational requirements.

Pricing is structured around mission impact, not per-user licenses or feature tiers. We do not charge you for seats. We charge based on the scope of implementation, the volume of data being processed, the complexity of systems involved, and the level of integration required across your organization.

Government and defense engagements are priced to align with how federal programs budget and obligate funds. We understand SBIR funding structures, OTA agreements, and contract vehicles. If you need us to work within a specific budget ceiling or acquisition framework, we will tell you directly whether that is feasible and how to structure it.

If our system prevents a compliance failure, a missed risk signal, or an operational breakdown that would have cost your program significantly more than our engagement fee, that is the value we are pricing against.

For eligible small business programs and government partners, our Tier 1 Pilot Deployment can be structured and funded through an SBIR Phase II award. If your program office is evaluating AI capabilities through the SBIR/STTR pathway, we are already operating within that framework and can align our engagement directly to your award structure and period of performance.

Reach out, and we will scope your engagement directly. No sales funnel, no automated quote tool. Just a real conversation about what your program needs.
